DESCRIPTION:Community Care Management Corporation is proud to present the 10th Annual Lake County AIDS Walk on Saturday September 9\, 2017 from 11am-3pm at Library Park in the City of Lakeport. Come down to Library Park and check out our Silent Auction tables\, you do not want to miss out. Items range from Eat\, Play and Stay packages from local casinos\, lunch and dinner gift certificates\, to bottles of wine and hair cuts. We will have face-paintjng\, snow cones and some games for the kids. Lakeport Pizza will be selling pizza-by-the-slice\, and the Tattooed Cherries will be rockin out in the gazebo All proceeds from this event go towards client services and community wellness efforts. There will be food\, a silent auction\, and a variety of non-profit and community participants.
