DESCRIPTION:Blue Wing Restaurant Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a SPECIAL MENU to highlight the fine wines and farm products from the 4300-acre Six Sigma Ranch in Lower Lake. \n\nThe dinner will take place in the lovely dining room at the historic Tallman Hotel beginning at 6 PM.\n\nThe ranch has a colorful history and members of the Ahlmann family will be here to talk about the food and wine pairings and recent happenings at the ranch. \n\nDinner tickets are priced at $125 plus tax inclusive of wines and service ($115 for Six Sigma wine club members).  Reservations can be made by calling the Tallman Hotel at\n\n707-275-2244 ext. 0. \n\nThe Hotel is offering a one night stay plus two dinner tickets for $350 + tax ($400 + tax for an ofuro soaking tub room).
