Book Signing - Lake County History by Gene Paleno

Lake County Wine Studio is hosting a book signing party with local author Gene Paleno to celebrate the release of his new publication, Lake County History. Paleno has been writing for more that 3 decades covering non-fiction, fiction, sci-fi and short stories. His lastest work is a chronological record detailing millions of years of history in Lake County and the immediate area, told in a story-telling and conversational style. The book is 450 pages and contains 120 photographs. Refreshments will be provided at no charge. Wine tasting will be available for purchase by the taste, glass and bottle. The afternoon event will feature varietals currently on sale as well as introducing our newest brand of Lake County wines, Dancing Crow Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Artwork on display for the month of April is by local artist and wildlife biologist, Sunny Franson. Lake County Wine Studio is a gallery for display of arts and a tasting room, wine bar and retail shop for the fine wines of Lake County. Artist?s shows are held on a monthly basis with art and wine receptions held the first Friday and subsequent Saturday of each month. The gallery is located at 9505 Main Street in Upper Lake and is open Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 7 PM, and Friday from 1 to 8 PM.
