We produce only about 500 cases/20 barrels per year. We love our boutique size and will continue making limited productions of our unusual varietals. Come taste the uncommon! The majority of our wines are made from our estate grown grapes: Nebbiolo, Malbec, Barbera and Petite Verdot. Coming this year, our version of a white Nebbiolo will be released. Also, in the Scandinavian tradition, we now produce Mead, wine made from local organic honey. It’s a must try! Skål. A Wine tasting from 5:00pm - 7pm, followed by a delicious chef prepared wine pairing meal, by Chef Tommy Garrett.
